Joy – The Simple Path to Ascension

P1000618 - Version 2

My dear brothers and sisters in the light.

It has been a while since I have written yet this evening I am filled with what has been a growing urge and expression that is to be shared.    I have among the many human life diversions and activities been spending some time contemplating the energies and nature of Ascension as well as seeking to further understand the myriad and infinite energies of the Angelics, a matter of great personal interest.

As I have written before, my perception of Ascension is not a goal that is to be reached, but an ongoing process to be lived.  In the course of the process however there are periods of slow progression, in some cases perhaps even a slowing to near stillness or what some, of 3D (3 dimensional) mind may even see as regression relative to where they think they want to be or should be, and then rapid progression and expansion.   I see these wonderful times as the later, a period when humanity, the earth and all involved have a great opportunity for rapid expression and expansion of understanding that is so dramatic as to see to be an event on to itself.  In the end however it is just part of a much greater and infinite process of progression.   For humanity and the 3D experience we have all shared, it is quite dramatic and for many who struggle with concepts of infinity and boundless love, and who cling strongly to concepts such as time, space and linear thinking, it can appear as a tremendous challenge.   Note I say “appear” but such appearances are illusions.   Continue reading

That Which Can Never be Forgotten

That Which Can Never be Forgotten

above below

As above, so below

Sometimes I feel that, if I don’t spend some time of a day reflecting on God, I’ll burst. And today is such a day.

There is no forgetting God. The Father has built a longing for liberation into us that will not allow us to forget him for long. (1) No matter what we fasten onto, no matter what addiction we escape into, no matter what routine we bury ourselves in, sooner or later the desire arises for more.  Nothing satisfies for long.  Absolutely nothing.

God is all that can fill that longing.  I think I must be hit by the longing at this moment and the only way to satisfy it is to think and speak of God.

God is all there is. He dreams and the world arises. He dreams and beings come into existence.  I personally love listening to the sages describe God.

Here is Pseudo-Dionysius, a Greek Christian living in the late 5th and early 6th centuries. His enlightenment is one of the highest I know of and his poetic exposition of the nondualist point of view has always thrilled many.

“The Cause of all is above all and is not inexistent, lifeless, speechless, mindless. It is not a material body, and hence has neither shape nor form, quality, quantity, or weight. It is not in any place and can neither be seen nor touched. It is neither perceived nor is it perceptible.

“It suffers neither disorder nor disturbance and is overwhelmed by no earthly passion. It is not powerless and subject to the disturbances caused by sense perception. It endures no deprivation of light. It passes through no change, decay, division, loss, no ebb and flow, nothing of which the senses may be aware. None of all this can either be identified with it nor attributed to it.” (2) Continue reading

Let your heart’s not be troubled, neither be afraid.

My dear and beloved brothers and sisters of light, for you are truly of the light.  Let your heart’s not be troubled, neither be afraid.

Though the illusions of darkness are all about you, they are nought but illusions.   They have no power other than the power you give them.  I say to you, by fearing them or judging them, you give them the only power left to them.   Release then all judgement and fear.  I cannot emphasize this enough.  When you stand against the darkness by force and seek to do battle, you give your power to the darkness, for it feeds upon such sense of conflict. The Nature of God

Throughout human history, humankind has tried to define, express or otherwise understand God the creator (or gods in the case of some older civilizations). Let me begin by saying that in 3D words it is a futile effort, but while we cannot clearly express the fullness of God, we can express aspects as best can be defined in words. To truly know God, you must look within and set aside all expectations, and embrace the fullness of unlimited love and being.

Unable to understand the infinite, rather than understanding the creator within, humanity has sometimes sought to express their understanding of the creator through human characteristics and actions, often creating multiple gods for different expressions, or even when looking towards a single God, giving that God human appearance, expressions and failings.
