ESTABLISHING HEALTHY BOUNDARIES IN RELATIONSHIPS.
Establishing healthy boundaries is a necessary act of self love we all must take. What does it mean to have healthy boundaries? It means that we recognize ourselves the right to say NO when we want to. And to say YES when we want to. Too many times out of guilt we are afraid to say NO even when we really have to, when we must. In a situation where someone is crossing an emotional boundary, when someone is tiring to treat you like you don’t want to be treated, when someone tries to manipulate you, you have to stand up for yourself and say NO, you can’t do this to me because I deserve to be treated in a different way.
