Recipe for Turmeric-Coconut Milk
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1-inch piece of sliced ginger root
- Honey to taste
Add all ingredients except the honey together in a bowl and whisk together. Pour into a saucepan and heat until it is at a low boiling and bubbling. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes. Strain out the ginger root, add the honey and enjoy while warm.
